Kevin B. Kuklok (MGen USMC ret.)

EthicsGeneral.com is led by Kevin B. Kuklok (Maj Gen USMC ret.). He offers more than 30 years experience as an industry leader and United States Marine Corps officer engaged in compliance at all levels of extractive and chemical industry, military experience on the battle field and in local communities throughout the world and an extensive career in public forums training and educating the public and private sector in ethics and compliance.

Concurrent with a long and distinguished career in chemical recycling, environmental recovery and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and a wide range of Federal and state regulations, he completed a career in the Selected Marine Corps reserve, serving on active duty in three critical periods of US history and leading Marines as a commander for over 10 of those years.  For the past six years, He has been actively engaged in the development and execution of the ethics and compliance program of an international organization working in austere locations primarily involved in US government contracting.

Kevin holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota where he also was a Latin instructor teaching Julius Caesar’s Gallic Wars while he was a student.  He has a MBA degree with an emphasis in Finance from United States International University in San Diego, CA. 

He is active in a number of organizations such as the Ethics and Compliance officers Association, and the International Stability Operations Association, where he serves as the Chair of the Standards Committee.
